Dennis Wong Joins Frasers as Director of Portfolio and Asset Management

Frasers Hospitality has appointed Mr Dennis Wong as Director of Portfolio and Asset Management.

Dennis will be responsible for Frasers Hospitality’s asset management plans and enhancement initiatives to maximise investment potential and growth.

Dennis spent most of his career with Pan Pacific Hotels Group where he was Director of Performance Management, leading a team of Business Analysts in operations audits, business reviews, and feasibility and market studies. That was followed by his role as Director of Operations at Pan Pacific Hotels Group.

Prior to joining Frasers Hospitality Group, Dennis worked with Apara Hotel Advisers where he was Senior Asset Manager responsible for client advisory services in asset management.

Dennis graduated from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology UK with a First Class Honours, Bachelor of Science in Management.

He also holds a Diploma in Logistics and Operations Management from Temasek Polytechnic Singapore, where he was awarded several distinctions, and is a founding member of the Hotel Asset Managers Association (Asia Pacific).

“I look forward to working together with the team to attain greater performance and return of our investment portfolio as we continue to grow our global presence. In addition to doubling our serviced residences inventory to 30,000 units over the next five years, we will also be looking into rebranding and converting properties into hospitality assets as well as ventures beyond serviced residences,” Dennis said.
