Bibo, a French fine dining restaurant in Hong
Kong has joined Relais & Châteaux.
In the kitchen, Executive Chef Mutaro Balde,
together with Chef de Cuisine Conor Beach, bring creativity to
each dish which pay homage to the traditions of French cuisine by
reinterpreting classic French dishes.
At the Bar, Head Mixologist Alexandre
Chatté creates a dynamic menu of handcrafted cocktails, playing
with unusual and complex ingredients as well as exceptional
spirits.
Restaurant Manager Arturo Sims makes sure
every guest is taken care of and experiences everything Bibo has
to offer.

Bibo is located at 163 Hollywood Road in Sheung
Wan and is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 - 14:30 and 18:30 -
00:00. On Saturdays and Sundays the resatraunt is open from 12:00
- 15:00 and from 18:30 to 00:00.
