Rosewood Beijing to Open October 2014; to Offer 24-Hour Check-In/Out

Rosewood Beijing, the first hotel for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in China, will open mid-October 2014.

Passing between the towering “Sons of Dragon” statues guarding the entrance and arriving at a foliage-filled courtyard, the hotel is designed to evoke a sensation of entering a private mansion in the city, albeit one from which the views are dominated by the iconic, CCTV tower opposite, a shiny-silver architectural statement piece that embodies the nation’s grand ambitions.

All guestrooms feature original cloisonné paintings, fine art prints, floor-to-ceiling windows, and even built-in TVs within the bathroom mirrors.

The Deluxe Rooms offer 45 to 55 square meters of residential style living space and views of the Beijing skyline, with a choice of either a king bed or two twin beds.

Spanning 48 to 55 square meters, Premier Rooms offer views of the iconic CCTV Tower and an option of a king bed or two twin beds. These guestrooms feature a leather-covered chaise lounge, sofa, coffee table, lounge chair, workstation desk and large windows. A separate bath and rainforest shower are also featured in the rooms.

With a city view of Beijing, Grand Studios were designed with business travelers in mind. Featuring 63 square meters of generous living space, these guestrooms feature a separate living room and a working station desk equipped with a printer, fax machine and office supplies are also available.

In addition to these three room categories, the hotel also offers a selection of five different luxurious suites.

To celebrate Rosewood Beijing’s opening the hotel has launched a promotion with rates from CNY2,188 for a Deluxe Room, single or double occupancy, with the option of a CNY500 supplement for Manor Club executive club lounge access, excluding tax and service charge and based on availability, valid 20 October 2014 through 28 February 2015.

The promotion includes guaranteed 24-hour check-in/check-out which allows guests to leave the hotel on departure day at the same time they checked-in on arrival; airport limousine pick-up; complimentary consumption of all mini-bar beer and soft drinks; and breakfast at Bistrot B or in-room.
