4th Dimension Business Travel Consulting has
appointed Ms. Dilek Ozer as Director Customer Engagement Strategy.
Dilek is heading up the national sales and
customer engagement team for 4th Dimension Business Travel
Consulting, which in September of this year partnered with CAPA -
Centre for Aviation to release the Australian Aviation and Airfare
Analysis.
Having worked in travel and hospitality for
eleven
years with the past four years spent in sales for another
corporate travel provider, Dilek brings to 4D an in-depth
knowledge of the Australian corporate travel industry and a solid
understanding of both the small-to-mid and mid-to-large corporate
client market.
"4th Dimension has only been in the market for
just under a year and has already secured a number of major
consulting contracts - I'm thrilled to have joined the 4D team and
am ready for a new professional challenge," Dilek said. "Consulting
brings another level of value and expertise to the market. I think
specialist consulting is where a lot of companies that already
have mature travel programs in place will be looking to find new
and different ways of achieving savings."
Prior to joining 4D, Dilek held roles including
Business Analysis and Solutions Manager with CTM, Business
Development Manager with Rockford Hotels Group, and Affiliation
and Sales Director with Accor Corporate Services in Turkey.
