Karma Samui Rebrands

A group of villa owners at Karma Samui Resort have acquired all common areas and facilities from Royal Samui Beach Company Limited, and have taken over full control of the property.

The property is now officially called ‘Kanda Residences’.

The property, which has a beach frontage offering expansive sea views includes 36 privately owned luxurious walled pool villas with up to 4 bedrooms and is also home to the ‘Rockpool’ restaurant.

Mai-BS (Thailand) has been appointed as the interim management company to handle the handover, setting up systems and implementing new and exciting service concepts.

It is our dream and goal to have our deluxe property professionally, transparently and profitably managed as well as to share our memorable in-villa experiences, views and services with both Thai and international clients,” said Mr. Alan Rutledge, a villa owner.
