InterContinental Hotels Group has expanded its
portfolio of hotels in New York with the opening of the Holiday
Inn NYC - Lower East Side.
The 132-room, eight-story hotel is located
at 150 Delancey Street, close to the
Williamsburg Bridge and popular New York neighborhoods such as SoHo, Little Italy, Chinatown and Tribeca.
“The Holiday Inn brand has always represented
quality and comfort, and our new hotel is a perfect fit for the
Lower East Side neighborhood,” said Tim Chhatwal, general manager,
Holiday Inn Lower East Side. “We are dedicated to providing an excellent product, superior service and an experience that will
bring guests back to us whenever they’re visiting the New York
City area.”
Rooms at the hotel feature an ergonomic
workstation, data ports and complimentary newspaper. The bathrooms include a
multifunctional showerhead, as well as a signature shower curtain
with curved rod, and Bath & Body Works amenities. Additionally,
each room has standard Holiday Inn guestroom accommodations –
comfortable double, queen or king-sized beds, a sitting area with
a lounge chair, hairdryer, micro fridge, coffee maker, iron and
ironing board. The beds are made using crisp, white
bedding with pillows that come in two comfort levels: “soft” and
“firm”.
The Holiday Inn NYC - Lower East Side
hotel features the Retro Bar & Grill where guests can enjoy
American influenced cuisine during breakfast, lunch or dinner. The
restaurant offers the standard Holiday Inn Best-4-Breakfast menu,
with signature items such as Rainforest Alliance Certified
coffee, Cinnamon Supreme French Toast and Skillet Inspirations.
Kids 12 and younger eat free at Holiday
Inn when ordering from the kids’ menu in the hotel restaurant and
accompanied by a dining adult.
The Holiday Inn NYC - Lower East Side, owned by
the M & R Hotel Group, and managed by M & R Hospitality
