Fiji Airways has unveiled plans to introduce a third Fiji – Hong Kong service.

The third service will be progressively rolled out, starting with two extra Monday services in December (9th and 16th) and then consistently every Monday from 6 January 2014.

Commenting on the extra frequency, Fiji Airways Managing Director and CEO Stefan Pichler said, “The introduction of this third direct service between Fiji and Hong Kong will offer increased opportunities for our customers to experience and do business in this dynamic Asian gateway city. Additionally, the convenient arrival and departure times allow our customers to transit Hong Kong to the Middle East, Europe or Africa.”

“With our third A330 aircraft to be delivered in November, we will continue to refine our long haul network schedule and enable more direct flights as well as connections all over the world,” Mr Pichler added.

In December, the third weekly Nadi - Hong Kong service will operate on the 9th and the 16th. The flight will depart Nadi in the evening, arriving early in Hong Kong on Tuesday morning. From January, the flight schedule for all three services will be as per the timetable.

Fiji Airways brand new Airbus A330 aircraft will service the route between Hong Kong and Nadi, offering customers the new enhanced Economy and Business class service.
