Absolute Hotel Services Signs Second U Resort in Phuket

Absolute Hotel Services Group has signed a contract with Dava Estate to manage a new property in Phuket.

The hotel, which will be branded as U Zenmaya, is scheduled to open by early 2014.

The second U Resort in Phuket, U Zenmaya is located in Kalim beach, and will feature 50 rooms divided into superior, deluxe, deluxe premium, pool access and suite categories.

All deluxe premium and suites will have a jacuzzi on the balcony with views of the ocean.

Facilities include a signature restaurant, rooftop lounge with ocean views, fully equipped gym, outdoor swimming pool, two boardrooms, library and spa with four treatment rooms.

“This is very exciting news for us, our Thailand portfolio is now close to 20 hotels and resorts with more in the pipeline. U Zenmaya with its dramatic beachfront setting will complement the other U portfolio properties in Southern Thailand well,” said Jonathan Wigley, CEO of Absolute Hotel Services Group.
