The Fraser Residence Shanghai will reopen in October 2012.

The property, which is located in the heart of the Luwan district, is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment as part of Frasers Hospitality’s global asset enhancement programme.

The Fraser Residence Shanghai is within walking distance of the bustling shopping locale of Huahai Road and the city’s entertainment hub, Xintiandi.

Contemporary and minimalist, the newly refurbished 324-unit Fraser Residence Shanghai, which first opened in March 2009, will continue to offer apartments ranging from studios to 3-bedded penthouses.

The rooms will be complemented with facilities that include a spa, an indoor swimming pool, restaurants and meeting rooms.
