In a bid to build brand-loyalty and reward its
customers, IMPACT today launched a loyalty program.
The company expects the program to attract up to
100,000 members within 2 years with special privileges from
retails, restaurants, and services around IMPACT in Nonthaburi,
Thailand.
A new VIP lounge serving food and
beverages as well as Wi-Fi services is also available to members.
The company forecasts that it will be able to
achieve between 5% and 10% growth in members per year.
Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, Managing Director of IMPACT
Exhibition Management Co Ltd., revealed that the IMPACT Member
Card program is part of the company’s new Customer Relationship
Management strategy that compliments the growth of its exhibition
and convention business.
“We are enhancing our CRM strategy and extending
more benefits to our customers. The IMPACT Member Card is
developed from our IMPACT Society Card program with many more
benefits and activities to introduce to members. Initially, IMPACT
Card members will eligible for special discounts from various
shops and outlets including all 7 of IMPACT’s leading restaurants,
the Novel Bangkok IMPACT, travel services from Total Reservation,
and other benefits from IMPACT’s business alliances such as True,”
Mr. Kanjanapas said.
“IMPACT Card’s members can also enjoy our new VIP
lounge decorated in a modern theme. This lounge is located at the
lobby of Atrium 2, IMPACT Challenger and can accommodate up to 50
members at a time. At the lounge we provide food, beverages, and
Wi-Fi service as well as massage chairs. In addition, 126 reserved
parking spaces are available for members. Card holders can also
collect points to redeem for benefits such as parking coupons,
cash coupons, and much more,” he added
According to Mr.Paul, IMPACT has been operating
its CRM program since 2010. Two initial programs that have had
great success are the IMPACT Corporate Reward program which is
currently serving 500 exhibitors and corporate members, and the
IMPACT Society Card program that rewards the visitor market and
has 40,000 registered members.
