Worldhotels has launched a significantly
enhanced version of its Resmaster hotel booking engine – Resmaster
V3 – to support hotels in taking control of their channel
management and become less dependent on external suppliers.
Originally launched in January 2009, Resmaster is available
exclusively to Worldhotels affiliates and represents a
customisable online booking engine suitable for any kind of hotel
business. It can be seamlessly integrated into any website design.
Resmaster V3 has been enriched with a range of
configuration options, giving the individual hotel
complete flexibility and control while benefiting from added
online merchandising and up-selling opportunities.
With features such as search filters for tailored results, a
convenient ‘price slider’ function, and the opportunity to make multiple room bookings with different occupancies and date ranges, Resmaster V3
helps to ensure that guests visiting a hotel’s website have more user-friendly experience – giving the property the
best possible chance of converting ‘lookers’ to ‘bookers’.
Built-in multimedia support enables websites to make best
use of photo-galleries, video, Google Streetview and Maps, while
an ‘intelligent availability’ calendar provides real-time
availability information. It is also possible to integrate the booking engine into Google Maps and Hotel Finder.
Up-selling opportunities for hotels include integrated room
upgrade functionality and dynamic packaging opportunities, such as
enabling guests to pre-book breakfasts or even their morning
newspaper of choice online. Dedicated landing pages and banners
for tactical special offers and packages are also included.

Available in a range of different languages, Resmaster V3 is fully
integrated with Worldhotels’ Central Reservation System allowing
hotels to manage their daily inventory, availability and
all rates loaded in the system.
Room nights and revenue generated
by Resmaster V3 are automatically included in Worldhotels reports
and are available to the hotels online.
