AirAsia Launches Loyalty Programme for Children

AirAsia has launched the Skyrider Club specially designed for AirAsia travellers below the age of 14.

The club offers a combination of rewards, benefits, activities and giveaways for these young flyers.

Fronted by main character and mascot, ACE the Skyrider, the club is built around the concept that flying should be fun, educational and most of all - a rewarding experience.

Upon sign-up, members will receive a Membership Kit that includes a passport (activity book), badge, sticker, lanyard and a free co-branded SkyRider Tune Talk Sim Pack which comes preloaded with RM2 air time and 500 Tune Talk points for redemption of AirAsia flights or concert tickets and special annual validity fee of RM25.

Members can enjoy priority boarding and selected offers for, travel packages for AirAsiaGO, entertainment tickets from AirAsiaRedTix and discounts on merchandise from AirAsiaMegastore.com. Exclusive privileges in the form of flight discounts are also offered at selected periods.

So it was timely to introduce a program to identify and reward our young guests with Skyrider Club – AirAsia’s Kids Club to encourage brand loyalty from young for their continued patronage. With Skyrider, we are able to execute programs tailored exclusively for families, kids and even school children.”

Under Skyrider, young passengers will soon be able to experience the exciting adventures of traveling alone unaccompanied by a parent or guardian on AirAsia under the program Skyrider Young Flyer. The service is opened exclusively to Skyrider Club Members aged 7 - 12 years old and leverages on AirAsia’s Red Carpet Service.

Another feature of Skyrider is the introduction of a kids’ meal specially called Ace Meal, available on all AirAsia flights since 1st March. Aside from great food packaged exclusively for kids, each ACE Meal comes with games and complimentary merchandise item. The complimentary merchandise items will be changed every 2-months.

For a limited time, customers can sign-up for RM30 (NP: RM45) at skyrider.airasia.com. The first 1000 who sign up will receive a free pass to KidZania Kuala Lumpur each worth RM55. Terms and conditions apply.
