Ethiopian Airlines and Ethiopian Airports
Enterprise have introduced self-service check-in kiosks at Addis
Ababa Bole International Airport.
The new service allows passengers to choose a
seat, check-in and print boarding passes, simplifying the check-in
process and easing congestion during peak hours.
Ethiopian Airlines, which introduced online
passenger web check-in services in October 2011, also plans to
expand the kiosk services at its destinations worldwide.
Ethiopian Airlines, a member of Star Alliance,
currently operates services to 66 international destinations
spanning four continents.
