The Bintan Lagoon Resort on Bintan
Island, Indonesia, has launched a
direct ferry service that will operate between the Tanah Merah
Ferry Terminal in Singapore, and the newly constructed Bintan
Lagoon Terminal, located directly at Bintan Lagoon Resorts
doorstep.
The route will be serviced by two
high-speed 266-passenger ferries, will take approximately 70
minutes, and will land at the Bintan Lagoon Terminal, a private,
state-of-the-art immigration and ferry terminal located
directly on the resorts beachfront.
Guests will disembark from
the ferry, stroll over a newly constructed bridge, and
clear immigration to exit directly onto Bintan Lagoon Resorts
main lawn.
This is a historic moment, said Robert Ramey,
Managing Director of Mozaic Hotels & Resorts, the management
company of Bintan Lagoon Resort. Bintan Lagoon Resort is now
the closest five-star resort destination outside of Singapore. The
opening of our beautiful immigration terminal and ferry service
cements Bintan Lagoon Resorts position as the leading resort
on Bintan Island. In fact, you can say it makes the resort a
destination in itself.
Ferry tickets are currently available for purchase through Journeyfuls
online booking platform.
Mr. Henry Ng, Mozaic Hotels & Resorts
Director of Sales, said Travel is inherently social, which is why we
chose Journeyful as our ferry ticket booking platform. Not only
can guests book online and benefit from the many social
networking features built into the site such as becoming friends
with each other and Bintan Lagoon Resort as well, but the platform
also enables us to contract directly with travel agents,
corporates, and even small groups.
