Airline Retail Conference 2012 (ARC2012) has
unveiled an impressive speaker line up for next month’s conference
on 9-11 July at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in London. The two day
conference will focus on three main themes:

on Emerging Markets • Innovation in Inflight Retail
• Improving Onboard Food & Beverage

new and emerging markets, the need for increased innovation and
improving the passenger experience are all critical to our
industry right now,” said Jeffrey O’Rourke, Chief Executive of
