Onyx Hospitality Promotes Harris Kurdthip to Director of Marketing Communications

Thailand based hotel-management company, Onyx Hospitality Group, has promoted Harris Kurdthip to the position of Director of Marketing Communications.

Following his promotion to this new role, Harris will be responsible for driving marketing and PR activities for Onyx, its brands and properties, including overall management of two key corporate teams under marketing at Onyx Headquarters in Bangkok comprising group marketing service and Thailand communications teams.

He, together with the teams, will complete global media planning and oversee global marketing services to ensure all communications strategies are in alignment with brand standards to increase name recognition of Onyx brands worldwide.

A Thai national, Harris has worked with Onyx Hospitality Group as Director of Public Relations for over two years, amassing a great deal of experience in hospitality, public relations and marketing before being promoted to this new position.

Prior to joining Onyx, he has worked in key positions at many top hotel management companies such as Hyatt International, Accor, Raffles International, as well as Minor International PCL, overseeing proactive cluster public relations and communications efforts for Asia Pacific Market for its hospitality division.
