Etihad Airways has expanded its commercial
agreement with S7 Airlines, one of Russia's fastest growing
airlines and the countrys largest domestic carrier.
The revised
deal will allow Etihad and S7 passengers to book flights from four
Russian regional cities for travel to and from Abu Dhabi and
beyond, connecting with Etihads daily Moscow services.
The
new codeshare cities served are: Kazan (KZN), Samara (KUF),
Krasnodar (KRR) and Saint Petersburg (LED).
James Hogan,
Etihad Airways Chief Executive Officer, said, The Russian
regional cities are now even more accessible from Abu Dhabi and
beyond on the Etihad network, thanks to the expansion of our
codeshare agreement with S7 Airlines. We view the revised
partnership as a natural extension of the successful joint
operations we launched in March 2010.
The new codeshare is
operational immediately and travellers can book tickets online, through
travel agents and Etihads contact centres.
