Tiger Airways is to launch direct flights
between Singapore and Cebu in the Philippines from 6 September
2011.
We are excited to introduce Cebu as our newest
travel destination. Cebu is the number one tourist destination in
the Philippines and it holds a strong appeal for many travellers
looking to escape to a tropical paradise, said Stewart Adams,
Managing Director of Tiger Airways Singapore.
Cebu is Tigers second destination in the
Philippines after Manila, where it flies to both Ninoy Aquino
International Airport and Clark. Flights to Clark are sold through
Tigers website but are operated by partner airline, SEAIR.
Tickets to Cebu are on sale now from Sin$55
one-way (Singapore to Cebu), all-in, for travel from 6 September
2011.
There will be four flights a week when the
service launches, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays,
and this will increase to a daily service in October.
