“We are pleased to be expanding Marco Polo’s
portfolio with the addition of the Marco Polo Guiyang, which will
further strengthen our presence in China and bringing the number
of hotels in operations and under development in China to 13
hotels. Guiyang is a key market in the southwestern part of China
and it is also one of Marco Polo’s target development markets. The
Marco Polo brand will now create major impact in the area and
greater awareness in the Guizhou province,” said Steve Kleinschmidt, President of Marco Polo Hotels.
