The Rest Detail Hotel in Hua Hin, has appointed
Mr Noppadol Nuchcharoen as Culinary Director and Ms Suphawan
Manasirphan as Spa Manager.
With 36 years experience of both local and
international experience, Noppadol joins Rest Detail from his previous role as Executive Chef at
Spring Sea Resort and Spas in Cha Am, Petchaburi. A veteran food
and beverage professional, he has come up through the ranks of the
industry serving as Commis Chef, Demi-Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous
Chef, Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef prior to
his current appointment. He now takes responsibility for
the daily operations of the kitchen and food and beverage
departments covering service, operation and administration.
Suphawan has 11 years in the Industry and has
worked in Australia, the Maldives, British West Indies and
Vietnam. She holds a Diploma of Therapeutic Massage and
Hydrotherapy from the Florida State Board of Massage (USA), a
Certificate of Stone Therapy Massage from the Baltimore School of
Massage (USA). She also holds Diplomas in Anantomy, Physiology,
Body Massage, Facial Treatment and Nail Treatment from the highly
regarded Chiva Som International Academy in Bangkok.
