Not Lost in Translation @ Swissôtel Nankai Osaka

Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and Takashimaya Department Osaka Store have partnered to provide complimentary translation services for guests who stay at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and shop at the Takashimaya Osaka Store. This special privilege called “Attend Service”, started 1 September 2010 and is available in both English and Chinese.

Hotel guests can make reservations for this service at the hotel bell desk. A personal service attendant from Takashimaya will then meet guests at the hotel bell desk at the reservation time and escort them for shopping at Takashimaya Osaka Store. Assistance will also be rendered to guests for completing the duty-free application form before being guided back to the hotel.

Both Swissôtel Nankai Osaka and Takashimaya Osaka Store are directly connected to each other and located in heart of Minami Area, known as the gateway city Namba. Conveniently located in the heart of Osaka just above Namba railway station, Swissôtel Nankai Osaka is directly connected to Kansai International Airport by train and only steps away from the city's business, cultural and entertainment districts.
