Jetstar has launched a new JetSaver Light
Challenge, promising to fly successful contestants to Taipei, the
capital of Taiwan. The Taipei JetSaver Light Challenge follows the
success of the popular Macau, Kota Kinabalu and Penang JetSaver
Light Challenges, reinforcing Jetstars commitment to low fares. From 7 April to 28 April 2010, teams of two are
invited to submit an interesting video entry on why they should be
among the ten teams who will travel for free to Taipei for a
three-day, two-night challenge and also stand a chance to win a
grand prize of two latest HTC Legend smartphones. Teams are required to submit a creative,
self-introductory video demonstrating how they plan to have fun in
Taiwan with Sin$60 (the equivalent of Sin$30 savings made by each of the
two team members travelling return on the JetSaver Light fare)
with Jetstar. Entries will be judged on creativity and
originality. The ten best team entries will be
selected to travel for free to Taipei from 20 to 22 May 2010 for a
three-day, two-night challenge with accommodation provided. Teams
will get to experience and document all that Taiwan has to offer,
ranging from its bustling night markets and street food culture to
world-renown landmarks. Each team will be given a
HTC smartphone, and will be required to capture themselves on
videos and photos experiencing Taipei while performing the given
tasks. The teams that document the most exciting blog entry using
the pictures and videos taken in Taipei will win a grand prize of
two HTC Legend smartphones. Applications close at 11:59 pm on 28 April 2010. See recent travel news from:
