Tiana Kartadinata joins GHM as Director of Digital Marketing and CRM

GHM has appointed Tiana Kartadinata as Director of Digital Marketing and CRM, based in Singapore.

A Canadian national of Chinese ethnicity and Indonesian heritage, Tiana brings to GHM an extensive and unparalleled level of experience in digital marketing, including search engine optimization, web analytics, e-mail marketing, web design and CRM development for the luxury hospitality industry.

Tiana graduated from The University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and later obtained her Master of Science in PR and Corporate Communication at New York University. In between, she also secured a Diploma in Business – Frontline Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in PR and Corporate Communications from the London School of Public Relations.

Tiana was highly instrumental in the opening of the Mandarin Oriental, New York, where she joined as pre-opening Public Relations Manager in 2003. She very quickly ascended to the group’s New York corporate office, where she was appointed no. 2 in Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s e-commerce division – a position she held until September 2008. From October 2008, she served as Director of e-Marketing at The New York Palace – a Dorchester Collection property.

Prior to joining GHM, Tiana led her own marketing communications consultancy firm in Vancouver, Canada.
