Jason Lu joins Centara as Director of Sales - Southern

Thailand-based Centara Hotels & Resorts has appointed Jason Lu as Director of Sales - Southern.

Jason Lu graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Institute Vatel and Perpignan University, France. He arrived in Thailand in 2004 and started his career in sales and marketing at the Novotel Bangna Bangkok. Subsequently he was with Thavorn Hotels and Resorts in Phuket for five years, latterly holding the position of assistant director of sales for the Asia Pacific market and e-commerce market.

Centara Hotels & Resorts has a large number of resort hotels in the south of Thailand, with at present three on the island of Phuket and a fourth under development; four on the island of Samui and one on the neighbouring island of Koh Pha Ngan; one in Krabi; and one at Hat Yai, on the Malaysian border.

Jason will be responsible for the sales of all of these southern properties and others that are scheduled to open in the near future.
