Spa Cenvaree launches New Signature Treatment

Centara Hotels & Resorts’ own-brand Spa Cenvaree has introduced a new signature treatment that uses a specialised deep-muscle therapy and the healing power of salt to relieve body tension. Named Salt Relief and inspired by a traditional Thai remedy, the treatment is conducted in a 90-minute session.

The therapy uses massage with a custom oil blend that includes eucalyptus and lavender followed by the rhythmic tapping of a hot salt pot along the muscles. The pot contains a blend of coarse salt and herbs that have strong detoxifying properties which help to relieve muscle pain.

A cup of detoxifying herbal tea is served after the treatment to re-hydrate the body.

The new Salt Relief treatment is being introduced on 1 March 2010 at selected Spa Cenvarees at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok, Sofitel Centara Grand Resort & Villas Hua Hin, Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui, Centara Villas Samui, Centara Karon Resort Phuket, Centara Villas Phuket, and Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives.
