Aston International has signed an

Indonesia’s West Kalimantan province.
The hotel, scheduled to open in October 2010 as
the Aston Millenia Pontianak Hotel & Convention Center, will
feature 150 rooms and suites as well as comprehensive conference
facilities that include a grand ball room, a 1000 sqm exhibition
hall and various auxiliary meeting rooms.
The new hotel and convention center will
also offer a wide range of recreational facilities such as a full
service spa, reflexology center, 24 Karaoke rooms, a billiard
area, a retail arcade and 2 restaurants.
Norbert Vas – VP Sales & Marketing of Aston
International, commented, “Our commitment to grow our presents in
Kalimantan is further evidenced with this newest project. After
the recently opened Aston Samarinda Hotel & Convention Center and
Aston Balikpapan Hotel & Residence - which is currently in its
soft opening stage, this new property will be our 5th in
Kalimantan and our second Kalimantan property featuring large
scale conference facilities geared towards the growing domestic
and regional MICE market.”
