Alpha Flight Services is to deploy the
GuestLogix onboard retail platform and OnTouch products and
services in Australia and New Zealand. One of Australia’s largest
inflight catering firms, Alpha provides inflight catering at nine
airports in Australia and serves 16 customer airlines.
Alpha customers will use the GuestLogix onboard
retail platform that includes handheld point-of-sale (POS)
devices to facilitate a more convenient purchase experience for
both the flight attendants and passengers. The solution
provides Alpha customers with promotions and sales management,
cash control, payment processing and inventory management as
well as the ability to accept credit card and cash payments. They
can also take advantage of the GuestLogix platform to launch
OnTouch in order to help its customers introduce destination-based, travel-relevant products and services inside
the cabin to grow new ancillary revenues.

with business, friends and family; and OnTouch Ads for
special offers at destination.
