Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket launches MICE Promotion

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket has launched a ‘Smart Meetings’ package that makes rooms available from THB 2,500 (US $73) per night, or THB 3,000 (US $88) for twin share per room per night.

The offer is available for groups of delegates that book at least 10 Deluxe Garden View rooms or more at the seaside property before 31 August 2009 and check-in by 31 October 2009.

The full-day meeting package is THB 1,300 (US $38) per delegate, per day, inclusive of lunch, two coffee breaks and full use of a standard meeting room with all the expected amenities — flip chart, whiteboard, pens, notepads, sound system, microphone, bottled water and mints.

“From our position on one of Asia’s finest beaches to our stunning gardens with waterfalls and reflecting pools, there isn’t a better environment in which to conduct a meeting,” said Hansruedi Frutiger, the resort’s general manager.

The limited-time offer also includes daily buffet breakfast. A complimentary room is accorded for every 15 paying rooms and 20% discount is given on select food and beverage items as well as spa treatments.
