Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi has opened
its doors for business. Marriott International’s newest
moderately-priced hotel in India is located in the city’s main
technology hub.
The 153-room property operates under a
management agreement with Eon Hinjewadi Infrastructure Private
Ltd with Deepak Manocha as general manager and Abhijit Chitnis
as director of sales and marketing.
The hotel is currently offering a
special introductory rate of INR 8500++ per night, which
includes INR 1500 worth of credit that guests can use
for services on the property. The offer is valid until
August 31, 2009.
“Courtyard is the company’s largest brand with more than 800
properties in 28 countries,” said Brian King, vice president,
global brand manager, Courtyard by Marriott. “The opening of this
hotel and four additional Courtyard properties in Gurgaon,
Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Mumbai by year-end demonstrates the
brand’s increasing popularity in India and Asia.”
Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi offers business amenities such as wireless high speed
internet, limousine service, foreign exchange, laundry service and
a fully equipped business center with copy, fax, and networking
capabilities.
The spacious rooms are ideal for both business
travelers and leisure guests, the accommodations include plush
beds, ergonomic chairs at brightly lit desks, flat screen LCD
televisions, high speed internet, bathrobes and more.
A total of five meeting rooms comprised of 7,621 square feet
of meeting space allows for gatherings of various types and sizes.
The largest meeting room has a maximum seating capacity of 176
people at 1,894 square feet.
The hotel features
Courtyard’s newest Asian innovation, MoMo Café, which is open all
day to provide guests with a full meal, room service or just a
place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Special to
Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi is MoMo Alfresco, which
offers a live barbecue grill counter, serving seafood, meat and
vegetables, grilled to perfection. An all day convenience stand,
MoMo To Go, features pastries, sandwiches and cakes for busy
guests who just need a quick bite.
To maintain health and
balance, the hotel houses an outdoor pool and fitness center,
outfitted with cardio machines, free weights and strength training
equipment.
