Directors of the Asian Cricket Sixes Tour
recently completed their AGM in Pattaya on Monday 20th July with
news of two brand new events.
"It was a very productive 4 days, which included
creative brainstorming, contributions from our regional ACST
Ambassadors and Representatives, and several important strategic
decisions," said ACST Chairman Michael 'Cat' Maher said.
"We considered a substantial number of new
event initiatives and I'm pleased to report that the Board
approved the creation and inclusion of two new sixes events onto
the Tour, in Vietnam and Pattaya."
The Cricket Sixes in Pattaya is currently
scheduled for 10 April 2010 while the event and venue in Vietnam
is yet to be confirmed.
"Both are very attractive locations with
little cricket at present, so are great places to promote our
sport and have a enjoyable time doing so," Michael added.
