Alternatively, try a five-course Christmas Eve dinner at Biscotti prepared by Chef Danilo featuring favorite Christmas specialties from Italy such as Homemade Ravioli Filled with Ricotta Cheese Eggplant, Pan-fried Langoustine and Tomato Crustaceans Sauce; Roasted Red Mullet, Pan-fried Foie Gras, Mashed Fennel, Orange Salad Marinade with Mint; Risotto with Savoy Cabbage, Risina Beans, Cotecchino Ham, Burrata Cheese Mousse as well as other yummy desserts.
