ZUJI has appointed Charlie Wong as general
manager of its Hong Kong operations.
In this new role, he will be responsible
for leading the ZUJI Hong Kong team to build the brand, grow the
business and establish strong relationships with partners and
travel suppliers.
“I am excited to take on this new role,
especially as we see signs of recovery in the travel industry and
customers planning Christmas travel,” said Wong. “ZUJI will
continue to offer more choice, convenience and clarity to the
online market and will reinforce our position as the leading
online travel agent in Hong Kong. We will also explore
opportunities to develop our reach in Mainland China.”
Wong joined ZUJI Hong Kong in Sep. 2007 as finance manager and has
been actively involved in new business and strategy development
and increasing operational efficiency on a regional level.
Prior
to joining ZUJI, Wong was financial controller of a Tokyo based
advertising agency and an auditor with KPMG in Sydney and Hong
Kong.
