Parkroyal Hotels & Resorts has
set up its first Regional Sales Office for South East Asia with the appointment of Mr Lawrence Chang as its
Regional Director of Sales. The Singapore-based regional office will support the expansion plans of the Parkroyal Group within the Asia
Pacific region.
One of Lawrence Chang’s main responsibilities is in spearheading the group’s sales operations in terms of managing the corporate and travel
trade accounts for hotels in Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam and the group in identified key cities within South East Asia.
Complementing Lawrence’s role is Ms Ling Tjugiarto, who
has been appointed Director of Sales for Global Accounts.
“As a rapidly expanding hotel group, the appointments of Lawrence and Ling are part of our efforts to enhance our sales network in the region”
said Ms Christina Chua, Vice President - Sales & Marketing for Parkroyal Hotels & Resorts.
“A second Regional Sales Office will open in Australia before the end of 2008. This move will further help to raise the profile and
awareness of the Parkroyal brand. Our new regional sales offices will play a significant role in contributing to the regional growth of Parkroyal
Hotels & Resorts,” Ms Chua added.
