Travel to Starwood's Luxury Collection Hotels without your Luggage

Global guests of Starwood's Luxury Collection can now enjoy luggage free travel thanks to a new partnership with Luggage Forward. The new Luggage Liaison service is already available at Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket, part of the Luxury Collection portfolio.

With Luggage Liaison, guests of Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket can travel without luggage to the resort, with the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their belongings will be waiting for them in their room upon arrival. As part of the program, guest’s baggage will be retrieved by Luggage Forward’s door-to-door luggage delivery service prior to departure and sent to the resort to be placed in the room and unpacked before the guest arrives, upon request.

The service will allow guests to avoid carrying bags to and from the airport, bypass long check-in lines or the wait at baggage claim, eliminate the worry about lost luggage or having to pay luggage weight overage fees on flights.

Guests of the Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket may use Luggage Liaison again for their return trip by simply packing their bags and letting the resort’s concierge do the rest, including delivery of any purchases made during the trip.

As an hotel partner of Luggage Forward, the Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket offers special pricing available only to its guests for door to door luggage delivery. The service is available when arranged two or more days in advance.
