Qatar Airways’ Privilege Club loyalty programme is rewarding its members with a 50%
saving on awards to selected destinations during the holy month of Ramadan.
Designed to encourage members to take a break during the fasting month, the offer is spread across a number of Middle East routes
operated by Qatar Airways from its Doha hub. Stretching from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to as far afield as Damascus and Beirut, the offer
provides Privilege Club members with tremendous savings.
The offer is valid for all Privilege Club members and is eligible for return flights in Economy Class only. Travel must be completed between
by October 15, 2007.
In addition, Qatar Airways is offering double Qmiles on its new Doha – Nagpur route being launched on September 23. The offer, valid until
November 30, is available on the twice-weekly services to the central Indian city – Qatar Airways’ seventh destination in India.
Qatar Airways Chief Executive Officer Akbar Al Baker said the airline had won tremendous amount of support over the years from frequent
flyer members of the carrier’s Privilege Club loyalty programme.
“From time to time, we introduce promotions as a thank you to our Privilege Club members and this latest one is just as tempting as they will
be able to experience travelling Qatar Airways to some fantastic destinations across the Middle East,” he explained.
From September 23,
the airline launches twice-weekly flights between Doha and the central Indian city of Nagpur. Starting November 27,
the carrier launches four flights a week to the Swedish capital Stockholm. Daily scheduled services to the western Indian city of Ahmedabad
are due to begin on December 12.
