Recently at an official signing ceremony, Hong Kong headquartered Swiss-Belhotel International Middle East LLC and Kuwait Plaza Hotel
W.L.L. signed an hotel management agreement for the Swiss-Belhotel Plaza Kuwait.
The management agreement is the first in Kuwait for Swiss-Belhotel International, a new entrant to the competitive Middle Eastern market.
The
Swiss-Belhotel Plaza Kuwait is a 4 star deluxe hotel, featuring 164 recently renovated rooms and suites. The hotel is located in the heart of
the commercial and banking district, 20 minutes drive from the airport and adjacent to a 3-storey shopping mall. The hotel features include
“Al-Dallah Restaurant” an all day dining outlet serving international cuisine, a Lobby Lounge serving light refreshments, the Café facing over the
shopping mall to relax in comfort, comprehensive banquet facility and 24 hour room service.
“We are proud to add the Swiss-Belhotel Plaza Kuwait to our range of managed properties. It is the first in a series of existing and new hotels that
we are planning to add to our Middle Eastern portfolio over the coming years in both resort and city locations,” said Mr Gavin Faull, President,

Swiss-Belhotel International manages hotels/resorts/serviced residences throughout Asia, in seven countries – China, Vietnam, the Philippines,
Malaysia, Indonesia, and now Kuwait. There are several other new projects under development. To support the group’s rapid expansion plan,
regional offices have been established in Dubai, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Jakarta.
