Accor has added a new dimension to its hotel network in China with the opening of Pudi Boutique Hotel - Fuxing Parc Shanghai this month.
The hotel, which takes its name from its proximity to Fuxing Park, will be
unbranded but managed by Accor. To celebrate the opening, the boutique hotel
is offering a special rate of 1,880++ RMB (US$ 280 net) until the end of August.
The 8-storey, 52-room Pudi Boutique Hotel Fuxing Parc is conveniently located near the city’s original French concession and its timeless
colonial architecture. It is within walking distance to Xintiandi - one of the city’s
trendiest dining and entertainment areas - and the Yandang Pedestrian Street.
The
Pudi Boutique Hotel - Fuxing Parc Shanghai will cater to a high-end corporate guests and elite leisure travelers. The French interior design firm, ‘maxK’ design co,
gave the hotel its unique modern finish, with the luxurious rooms offering a minimum of 50sqm living area, including 19sqm bathrooms.
All guestrooms are equipped with French-made windows and wood blinds, 32’
LCD television and home theatre with a 270o concept audio-visual system, all-in-one printer-scanner-fax with dedicated direct line, free broadband internet access and in room wine and mini bar.
Pudi’s primary theme colour is copper
- each floor also has a dedicated theme color. Lifts change colour to match the floor as it ascends or
rises.
Dining is a key component of the Pudi experience. ‘Level8’ Members Gallery serves Cuisine du Marché based on traditional French cuisine with
modern touches and selected Asian dishes. The ‘Belle Epoque’ Champagne Room and ‘Xizhao’ Cigar Room are both luxurious backdrops for
small business meetings and private influential gatherings. An adjacent ‘Huxi’ Health Zone features the latest TechnoGym exercise equipment,
outdoor hot tub and daily Wu-style Tai Chi lessons.
Another talking point of Pudi Boutique Hotel Fuxing Parc Hotel is its art gallery and exhibition space with all work including paintings the guest
rooms for sale. Featured artists will change on a regular basis.
