Airport Management Services (AMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the King Power Group (Hong Kong), is responsible for the investment and operation of the SkyCity Nine Eagles Golf Course.

Dr David J Pang, Chief Executive Officer of the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA), said, "The completion of the golf course will add another magnificent amenity to serve the enlarging population of passengers, visitors and airport community at HKIA. This is further illustration that HKIA is more than mere an infrastructure. It is a place where people encounter a unique and memorable total airport experience."

The design of SkyCity Nine Eagles Golf Course conforms to the highest standards of the United States Golf Association. It features Hong Kong's only "Island Green" and an "Extensive Bunker" which offer distinctive challenges to golfers.

The all-new golf course will also incorporate coaching services and teaching resources for the benefit and enjoyment of golf lovers of all skill levels. In addition, the golf course will provide a comprehensive range of facilities including equipment rental, luggage storage, restaurant, club house, pro-shop as well as lighting for night-time play.

AA's Commercial Director Mr Hans Bakker said, "As part of our ongoing commitment to maintain service excellence, we continue to introduce new innovations in airport services to amuse visitors within the airport island. The new golf course is destined to be another signature facility which will further enhance HKIA's positioning as a destination in its own right."

The King Power Group's Director Mr Ayub M Khan said, "Leveraging our operating experience in both the international and local environment, alongside synergies with our retailing, catering and leisure businesses, the SkyCity Nine Eagles Golf Course will offer good value and facilities to our customers and make it a successful business component in our Group.”

As an integral part of the of HKIA's SkyCity development, the SkyCity Nine Eagles Golf Course will tie in well with other parts of the development which includes the SkyPlaza, AsiaWorld-Expo, the SkyPier, a second hotel and two office towers. It also interlinks with other tourist attractions on Lantau Island such as Hong Kong Disneyland, the Big Buddha and the Cable Car to provide a variety of exciting experiences for visitors and the local community.
