Hertz Australia launches special deals on Midweek Prestige Car Rentals

Hertz car rental company in Australia is offering substantial savings on midweek rentals from The Hertz Prestige Collection during the months of September, October and November 2005.

The Hertz Australia Prestige Collection features sought-after vehicles such as the latest model BMW 320i and 525i sedans, V6 X-TYPE Jaguars and sporty BMW Z4 convertibles.

“The vehicle rental market is maturing, with demand for prestige cars in both the corporate and luxury leisure segments,” said Hertz Australia’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Wayne Burgoyne.

“We see great potential to build this segment, and our special midweek offer, for a minimum three-day rental, is aimed at both market segments.”

Prices for a three-day midweek rental start at just A$129 per day for a BMW 320i, and from A$195 per day for a BMW 525i or a BMW Z4 convertible, from A$156 per day for a V6 X-TYPE Jaguar and from A$115 per day for a Ford Fairlane Ghia. Prices quoted include GST, stamp duty and vehicle registration fee recovery.

Prestige vehicles are available from Hertz capital city locations with the exception of Darwin and Hobart. The offer is subject to vehicle availability, and must be for a three-day period including a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
