A short video of the beach outside the Sofitel
Centara Grand Resort & Villas Hua Hin. After two days of perfect
weather (sunshine, blue skies, calm water) but not enough time to
take a video of the beach, the one moment we did have free of
course, would be the day that the sky is overcast, rather cool and
the sea a little rough!! Normally the sea is suitable for swimming
and retreats quite a way when in low tide. It is easily one of
Thailand's best beaches within 2-3 hours from Bangkok.
Katie Malone, the Director of Communications at the
Langham Place Mongkok, Hong Kong, talks to ASIA Travel
Tips.com about the hotel, Mongkok, the Chuan Spa and some
of the F&B outlets - one of which now has a 2-star
Michelin chef.
Carlson Hotels Worldwide held a press lunch at
the ITB Asia 2009. Prior to lunch, Mr Jean-Marc Busato, Managing
Director - Asia Pacific and Mr Xerxes Meher-Homji, Executive Vice
President & CDO - Asia Pacific, made a quick presentation about
the rapid growth that Carlson Hotels is experiencing and then
answered a few questions from the media in attendance.
Singapore is one of the most beautiful and
efficient modern cities in the world. This short video (no sound)
of the famous skyline demonstrates just one of the things that
makes the city so very special - space.
The opening ceremony of ITB Asia 2009 took place on the
morning of 21 October 2009 at Suntec Singapore. Mr.
Raimund Hosch, CEO Messe Berlin and Mr. Lim Hng Kiang,
Minister for Trade and Industry - Singapore, gave speeches
about the state of the industry. The video is in two
